As the first Creative Lead for the Pride.Monks employee resource group at Media.Monks, I got to establish the group’s branding and visual identity. Throughout my time, I was in charge of designing all media posts and creative materials for all communications. I collaborated with the global teams to ensure that all creative assets accurately represented members company-wide.

The goal was to create a playful, flexible brand that would allow for a variety of intriguing applications. The logo’s rainbow shape is based on a square grid which can be used as a design element, a pathway for text, used as a pattern, or as a frame for images. 

The extensive color palette incorporates familiar hues with heightened vibrancy, contributing to the overall lighthearted and playful essence of the branding. This infusion of lively tones amplifies the dynamic and engaging character of the brand by allowing for a plethra of color combinations to suit diverse uses.
