In 2021, Media.Monks introduced a competition, organized by Johanna Lubin, that was open to all employees under the age of 30.

The competition was in collaboration with Netflix to help them develop marketing ideas for the highly-anticipated season of Stranger Things. Participants were allowed to enter as a pair and could choose to enter under three categories. My partner, Federico Psevoznik, and I decided to enter under the Innovation category.

With over 500 submissions company-wide, we were shortlisted as one of the top 14 teams in our category.
